We're building the operating system for Philippine notarization — a secure, fully-remote platform purpose-built for the country's legal and business community, used by notaries public nationwide.
Our mission
Notarization in the Philippines has been stuck in queues, courier runs, and physical seals for far too long. The 2020 Supreme Court rules on remote notarization opened the door for a fully digital alternative. NotarialOS exists to make that alternative real, accessible, and trusted — for every law firm, business, and individual who needs a notarized document.
What we do
NotarialOS is a leading ENA-licensed Electronic Notarization Facility, operating under A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC (the Supreme Court's 2024 Rules on Electronic Notarization) and the Rules on Electronic Evidence. Every document notarized through NotarialOS is handled by an accredited Electronic Notary Public, recorded on a secure video session, and sealed with tamper-evident cryptographic credentials — fully compliant with Philippine law.
